    Its location in Gudauri area was excellent. Moreover, it's close to the gondolas to the ski slope, Gudauri skiing and a nice restaurant which has good food in the a la carte menu for dinner. The breakfast was amazing and awesome and for Vegans.

The cleaning service could be improved, as I found remnants of previous guests in my room. The staff seemed a bit overwhelmed at times, which affected the responsiveness I expected from a hotel of this caliber. I left with mixed feelings about my stay. The accessibility and facilities were great, but the service and additional charges were frustrating.
